Castle Combe Action Days

Bath Motor Club is once again privileged to provide assistance to the Castle Combe Circuit Action Days. We started in 2014, making this our 10th year. This is where we need YOU to help us keep this fantastic opportunity going.

What is an Action Day?

A car show with on average 1500 cars from 120 clubs, trade stands, track action including, the bonkers, drifting demonstrations, etc.

With your help in joining the team to do this job you will get something in return. Our involvement generates funds through a donation from the organisers, which helps us as a club to develop and grow.

So what is needed?

FRIDAY: General setting up duties like marking out the club pitches, putting up signage, etc. Usually about 10 o’clock till 4 o’clock, lunch provided if Café Bar H is open and travelling expenses included.

SATURDAY: Approx 4 hours in the morning assisting the circuit security staff getting people through the entrances, pointing them in the right direction and making sure they do not overspill their allocated space. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy.

In return for your help:

Some good banter. Free entry to the show (ticket price £30.00 or £25 in advance). Anyone who commits in advance to three of the eight dates will be entitled to a FREE season pass which enables you to go to all the race meetings, etc. at the circuit.

On Saturday - food voucher for Breakfast or Lunch and a drink, plus a contribution to your travelling expenses. A track session worth £40 can be arranged (noise check and helmet required) but must be booked through Dick Pease.
